Why Nicola Built Profit & Growth

I didn't build Profit & Growth to be a traditional accountancy firm.

I built it because I've done the graft myself, and I know what it actually takes to turn a business around.

I've taken a company from heavy losses to breaking even in two years. I've pulled credit control from an average of 95 days down to 35 in six months - because getting paid on time is the difference between a business that works and one that keeps you up at night. I've built and run my own ventures. And I've freed hundreds of business owners from being buried in their own accounts.

I don't sit behind a desk telling people what they should do. I get stuck in, roll my sleeves up, and get my hands dirty in the numbers, because that's the only way to actually fix things.

That's what shaped this firm. Too many owners were being left with numbers they didn't understand, advice that turned up too late, or an accountant who did the bare minimum and left them to it. I knew there was a better way.
